Topaz Class had an excellent week learning about Fair Trade for their Mission week. We test tasted and compared fair trade bananas and chocolate, went to Mass at St Erconwalds and started a whole school audit with questionnaires.  Our mission is to gain a Fair Aware Award from the Fair Trade Foundation.
