Family Mass on Sunday 29th September 2pm
We warmly invite the families of our school community to a start of year Mass on Sunday 29th September at 2pm in the school hall. Fr Richard will celebrate Mass with us and will commission our Prayer Council children and Altar servers for their ministry in the coming year.
Mass will be followed by tea/coffee and cakes. We look forward to seeing you there.
Winter Uniform
Just a reminder that children will be required to wear their winter uniform from October 1st. Please click here to find uniform requirements.
Parking on Arch Road
Please can we remind parents to avoid parking and driving on Arch Road in the mornings before school and in the afternoons after school. It gets very congested and can make it dangerous for our children when they are walking into school. Please also be considerate of residents and do not block their driveways.
Parking is available in the Coronation Rec car park which is just a short walk away from school. Alternatively, you can park for free at Hersham station car park on Walton Park with a permit which you can obtain by emailing the school office your car registration plate.
Please also note that parents dropping their children off for Breakfast Club or any morning clubs are not allowed to park in the school car park.
Parking at the Hersham Youth Centre
A polite reminder that the Hersham Youth Club parking area is for staff alone. Parents are permitted to use this parking area to pick up and drop off their children only if they are attending 'Rainbows Nursery' or 'Kid's Club 2001' for that particular session. Sometimes, staff have been unable to find spaces to park at their place of work, both morning and afternoon. When the children are transitioning between school and the Hersham Youth Centre the parking area should be completely clear of any moving vehicles to ensure their safety.
Scooters
A reminder that scooters are not allowed to be ridden on the playground. Please walk your scooter to the scooter parking area as soon as you have reached the school gates.
123 Magic Parenting course
No one has ever said parenting was easy. Living with children can be one of life’s most enjoyable experiences, but it can also be unbelievably frustrating. 123 Magic is a simple, precise and effective way of managing the behaviour of children. It’s not magic but works like magic! Please click flyer here for more information.

However, without Catechists we will not be able to run it and at the moment we do not have enough Catechists. Last year we had a fantastic group of parents that step up to deliver it. The more Catechists we have the better as that means you will not have to lead every week. So please get in touch with the Parish office phone(01932 22 1101 or 07494 749833) or email (walton@abdiocese.org.uk) if you are interested in helping. We really want to hear from you!
Thank you.
